AutoCircuits LLC /dba Kicky Ride (“KickyRide,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates KickyRide.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. If you have questions, email us anytime at [email protected] or call 706-395-KICK (5425).

Information We Collect

Information you give us

When you place an order, create an account, submit a product review, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number, vehicle details you provide for fitment purposes, and the content of any messages or reviews you submit.

Payment information

We do not collect or store credit card or other payment card information on our servers. All payments are processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. Your card details are transmitted securely to Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically collect certain information when you visit, including your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring website, using cookies and similar technologies. We use this information together with the following services:

  • Google Analytics – to understand site traffic and how visitors use our site.
  • Google Ads remarketing pixel – to show you relevant ads for our products on other websites after you visit ours.
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel – to show you relevant ads on Meta platforms and measure ad performance.

You can opt out of interest-based advertising through Google Ads Settings (adssettings.google.com) and Meta Ad Preferences (facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings), or by adjusting your browser’s cookie settings. Blocking cookies may affect how our site functions.

How We Use Your Information

  • To process, fulfill, and ship your orders, including sharing necessary order and address details with our shipping and fulfillment partners.
  • To respond to customer service requests, installation questions, and order inquiries.
  • To send you order confirmations and shipping updates.
  • With your consent, to send marketing emails such as coupons, new product announcements, and install tips through our email platform, Brevo. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
  • To analyze and improve our website, products, and advertising using aggregated analytics.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us run our store, each governed by their own privacy policy:

  • Stripe – payment processing
  • ShipStation and Shippo – shipping labels and rate calculation
  • Brevo – email marketing and order notifications
  • Google and Meta – analytics and advertising

Members of our team can access order and customer information — such as what was purchased and where it should be shipped — to fulfill orders, process returns, and provide support.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of KickyRide, our customers, or others.

Data Retention

We retain order and account information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, comply with tax and accounting obligations, and resolve any disputes — generally for at least the period required by law for financial recordkeeping. Security logs (see “Security” below) are retained for 60 days.

Your Choices and Rights

You can review or update your account information by logging in at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email we send, and opt out of interest-based advertising as described above. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To make a request, email [email protected].

Children’s Privacy

KickyRide.com is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our site uses a security service (Kadence Security) to help protect against unauthorized access and attacks. As part of this protection, the IP addresses, login attempts, and usernames of visitors attempting to log in are logged for 60 days to detect malicious activity. Visitor IP addresses may also be shared with SolidWP, Kadence’s security network, solely to help block distributed brute-force login attacks across a network of sites. See the Kadence Privacy Policy for details.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
